I was in ballas hq and frenchy came to joke around and i was joking around with him and started giving him $1 a few times and he said to stop and i did it 1 more time and he sent me to demorgan saying "STOP GIVING ME MONEY" which is not a valid reason to send someone to demorgan. I would like to file a complaint againts Frenchy Halloway.

So you get told by the administrator to not do something anymore - then you provoke by doing it again and wonder that you get punished?
I think you are very well off with only 60 minutes of demorgan.
