Hello Lebron
the current state of the Chief-Level Admin team is not good, in my Opinion.
Its almost impossible to get a proper answer on simple topics.
Neither from Fabian, Kathi or Arnold.
As you maybe remember, i made multiple complaints asking about the definition of rule 1.7, about trading properties.
Here is the complaints:
Both the Chief Fabian_Grace and the Curator of Administration Arnold_Vonrichter werent capable of giving me either a face-to-face answer about this topic, or atleast proper communication to solve the topic as fast as possible.
I never heard back from Arnold after i wrote him a discord dm on 18.02.2026 : Looking back at our chat, he deleted all his previous messages, i dont know why.
I also asked about it today, after a back and forth, he told me to quit sending tickets:
Secondly, i've been waiting on a proper answer from Fabian for three Weeks after he already had answered previous DM's on Discord:
I find this behaviour not only unprofessional but also rude.
Players often get told to ask about rules if they are unsure. I was unsure and asked, each complaint and each message i got a different answer.
I want a definitive answer and would like it either directly from you or atleast a proper conversation between any of the three and me, until the topic is settled.
Is this normal that simple questions take multiple weeks before being even adressed? I find this inactivity not okay. I expect faster or more detailed answers after so much time passes.
