Hi Lebron,
I would like to use this opportunity to clarify couple of things regarding my blacklist and what happened, so you can understand why I was blacklisted from Grand RP at all.
I've created an compliance on player that is blacklisted (so am I), after a months being harassed, raped and provoked in-game and on discord directly. Upon the creation of compliance couple of days previously I reach out to Chief Administrator Abraham, begging him to help me, provided him with evidence and everything necessary to do something about it, but yet I was given an answer create an compliance with thread compliance, attach the evidence and that's it.
For last couple of months, I was being raped, sexually harassed, killed at least 20 times per day while playing Grand and I didn't act or create an compliance, tried to find a way to solve the issue, but yet no one actually helped me.
So let's go over the history and what happened:
1. I've created compliance against player who raped me on try/me/do commands, made a video which goes under cyber bulling, shared it everywhere, even on Grand Goverment RS1 discord, where I tagged an RS administration to remove that. No one acted, it stayed there, probably they even didn't remove it until very same day.
2. After the abuser is banned/blacklisted, I also receive the same treatment.
3. I've created compliance, where I was given an answer that evidence against me were delivered directly to higher administration. Didn't get any other explanation.
Let's go over the rules, communication and overall playtime:
1. Someone is in the better position then I to provide directly some obviously staged evidence against me and administration will act.
2. When I did the same, the higher administartion did nothing.
3. Not that long time ago, administration ruled that direct messages on discord is our private matter, and if grand official discord or any state or crime discord owned by grand are not involved they cannot do anything. Approved - Neprikladno ponašanje + IRL pretnje I 7129 (you can read everything here, last sentence from administration at that time)
4. Personally I've invested my money and time, you can check logs, since september around 800 euros I think, bought last Battlepass premium +, just to be blacklisted.
5. Grand RP rules are that all evidence against any player, where Grand RP are involved must be kept for 48 hours, and they are valid for 48 hours, not more or less.
6. From my side, I never said anything against project and administration, you can check the communication between me and administrators. (I always express my gratitude and respect toward administration when it comes getting help from them, or getting necessary info to continue playing)
7. Not that long time ago if you remember I was being targeted without any reason, banned, and you unbanned me. (I'm really thankfull for that to this very day)
8. I was doxed as well, so my facebook messeger has being full of nasty stuff, threats, and overall disturbing content. Literally my email contains my first and last name, where you can find me easily both on Facebook and LinkedIN. (4 of my closest friend, from childhood knows who am I, and there weren't the one who actually shared my private things)
With all being said, I hope that I explained what happened, and I hope that you will investigate what happened since obviously there was no compliance, there is some shady evidence, long over 48 hours that is Grand RP requirement, I was not in the same position such as that person who was who provided such called evidence.
