Dear sir,
My account was banned on April 22, 2025, due to a mistake I made in the game. As you can see in the video recording, I made a mistake, and I know that all prices are the same. I realized this mistake when I watched the video stream after my account was closed. I love the game very much; I did this unintentionally. I request a reduction in the penalty I received.
