Dear Admin,
I am very sorry about the reason for my ban, and I would like to explain the situation more clearly. My Rockstar accounts were compromised due to a virus on my computer. Unfortunately, not just one but three of my Rockstar accounts were stolen, and their associated Gmail accounts were also taken over. I made many attempts to recover them, but I was unable to regain access despite my efforts.
Because of this situation, I had no choice but to create a new Rockstar account. Since I had previously logged into my Grand account with my old Rockstar account, I also logged in with the new one I created, but this was not done with bad intentions — I was simply trying to continue playing after losing access.
Additionally, I have not been able to log into my old Rockstar account for the past two months, which further shows that I no longer had control over it.
I sincerely apologize for any confusion or rule violations caused by this situation. I assure you that I will be much more careful moving forward and will do my best to ensure that something like this does not happen again.
