As seen in the given POV, it was a store robbery. At timestamp 14:13, the LEOs started shooting without making any demands. As we all know, according to ER 1.5, proper roleplay communication should take place before initiating any shooting.

I had even asked them, “Officer, are you here for demand?” but he didn't say anything at timestamp 10:54.

The additional IDs involved are: 184808, 245481, 218529, 241883, and 200454. There were more, but I was unable to identify them
