Ghost Soul was born into a rich family. He could get anything he wanted from the start.. When he was 16 years old his familys business started doing very badly and they lost a lot of money. This made Ghost Soul very sad. He felt even worse when he saw his family struggling. He learned one thing at a young age: the world does not care about being honest it cares about being powerful. Ghost Soul grew up in a neighborhood. There was a lot of crime and corruption around him.. He did not get involved in any of it. Instead he just. Learned how things really worked. He saw bad people becoming successful quickly. But he also noticed something the people in charge were not always the ones doing bad things they were the ones making the rules. He could understand people easily. Handle any situation. While other people chose to do things Ghost Soul chose a different path. He wanted to be smart about it. Ghost Soul knew what he wanted. He was determin to get it. He was going to use his brain to succeed, not his fists. Ghost Soul was a special person, even, from a young age.

he was forced to work as police officer due to his father contacts then day by day his skills and commanding orders etc increased a lot then one day he is Appointed as Chief of Police and run his term succesfully and the progress doesnt stopped there only after then he trasferred to San Andreas Highway patrol worked hard and then happily appointed as New Sheriff in no time but disappointment some of his collegues cant see his achievements then they complained about fake that he taken bribe from people and found guilty in the fake charge by corrupt judge then he broke down so much he started drinking day and night taking drugs participating in every illegal stuff possible being a terrorist and then as terrorist to get information from FIB he joined FIB gained all info from gangs and deliever to gang leader due to which gang all time defeat Leos and from that day he always been a undercover gang member in Leos to get information and then the things continue he get hostage for gang and get money killing leos with shooting skills and then finally taking revenge from judge and collegue and kill then with his gang member and still his illegal activites doesnt stop he is very skillfull due to which police never know who did it and he never left you saw him and know what he did and then things continue.
