2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization?
2.1
I been in gangs from long time and got good experience. I also have good experience in all legal orgs like LSPD, SAHP, EMS, FIB so I understand both sides properly. I know how things work in illegal orgs and how to handle situations. I also had high command roles before so I learned a lot from there. Nowadays I see gangs are getting less active compared to LEOs, so I think this is the time for gangs to step up and shine again. I want to make strong communication with members and make Marabunta powerful and respected in city. I think I can handle leader role properly and keep everything running smooth. I also learn from other leaders and stay in contact with them, so that helps me improve more.

Second reason is I know how to manage people properly. I can control situations and keep things organized. I don’t like bad management or favouritism. I want to keep things fair for everyone. I focus on good RP and quality, not just power. I want long-term success for gang, not just temporary hype.

My main goal is to make Marabunta top gang in city. We will attend all events, do robberies, hostage situations, FZ raids, everything. I want other gangs and LEOs to respect us and also fear us. I will give everyone equal chance and no bias. Everyone can join if they know basic rules. I also got friends who are leaders, they can support me in my term. My Main Motive Is That We Become Best And Active Gang Ever
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
Give bonus to active members so they stay motivated
Recruit more people to increase activity
Only take experienced players so we avoid warnings
Select good deputies who can handle org when leader offline
Use proper RP commands to improve overall roleplay quality
