Respected Admin Team,

I would like to bring to your attention that my account was banned on 30th March by Adham Pluxury. However, I was not even online during that period. In fact, I have been unable to access my account since 18th March due to some technical issues.

Because of this problem, I was completely inactive and could not log in or participate in the server in any way. My issue was only resolved yesterday, when I received my email and password from Crazy_M (Technical Admin).

After receiving the credentials, I attempted to log in, but I encountered an error on the login screen. This confirms that my account was facing technical problems during the time I was banned.

I kindly request you to review my case, as the ban seems to have been applied while I was not even active. For further verification, you may also contact Crazy_M (Technical Admin), who is aware of the technical issues related to my account.
