Dear Admins,
These guy Name Biltrix Rich | 141448 was leader of family and he asked help from everyone to give cars to him so i gaved him my 2 cars from which he returned me 1 car but the other car which was grooti Italia he didn't gaved me back and he took the car on 100k on which I got ban too but when I asked my car to return it to me he said me the car has been not showing in his account where he did a technical forum on which the technical admin said there is not such a problem in your account and you have sold it and he is refusing me to give the car and has said me do what ever you want I will not give it back.
So I kindly request you guys to help me on it, as I gaved him many chances but he is not giving me back so he did a scam which comes under GR 1.3 Rule Break of Scaming and fraud against a player
