I arrested ID No. 202313 for carrying illegal firearms in a public place. He then used MG and called his friend to Parking 16. His friend, with ID No. 191774, arrived and immediately started VDM with a vehicle. Taking advantage of the situation, ID No. 191774 also refused to comply with RP.
