Rejected bounty hunter car ramming then uses car for death

bounty hunter chases me whilst using his car to ram us we end up crashing where i end up jumping out then he rams me with his vehicle knocking me down and killing me when im on the floor using his car to kill me essentially along with the constant chase and ramming the bounty hunters id is (513195)
