While trying to steal a car, I realize the car is in the GOV garage. While waiting there, I accidentally bump into the person with ID number 506260 (2:15) and offer to provide first aid, but they refuse. Then they go to the back and hide; you can see where they’re hiding at (4:07), At (4:15), I notice the garage door is open, so out of curiosity, I go inside At (5:00), when I try to leave, I see that the person with ID number 506260 has locked the door. Since I don’t have a lockpick set on me, I use the F1 menu and realize I’ve been penalized by Kayess Exe for the GR6.2 offense, but if you look at the POV, you’ll see I didn’t enter any RP,

and I want my warning removed
