Few months back i was also in FIB collecting evidences. I also got the same demands to leave while collecting evidence and i had to leave but still we had to ask if they have hostages or not. And now i am hearing new rules that if Gangs/Family ask FIB to leave while collecting evidence it will count as a demand. Its simple ER 1.5 that they have to talk to us before anything. If i am wrong then i guess from now on Leos will not ask if Gangs/Family have hostages or not during store rob. And we cannot stop them from collecting evidences. I am hopping for a mutual conclusion, thank you.
