Hello dear Nik Payne sir,
As you can see from the image its clear to see that person shot me inside the blood gang hq. I saw that the Mohamed Devain admin said "No enough evidence" but I think there is already enough evidence to punish him. Clear to see he was inside the blood hq and shot me. Also after a time later I moved to the LSPD hq , went on duty and check his structure. He was in blood gang! That the thing here. I moved far away from him because I dont want to die near to him. Clear to see he was only 1 person in the car.Please consider that and punish him with true decision. I will serve my punishment.Thanks for reading!
