Dear Administrators, I hope you are doing well.
My account was recently banned for listing the same item at two different prices in the same shop: $115,999 and $1,159,999. This was not an intentional attempt to scam anyone. It was a typing mistake made in a hurry, and I sincerely apologize for this mistake.
Additionally, 1 day prior to my ban, I observed another player listing same items at different prices in the same shop - The same reason I was given perma Ban: PROOF -- PROOF 1 PROOF 2
1. Four Rare Lottery Tickets at $400,000 and one at $800,000.
2. Two sets of five diamonds at $400,000 and another set of five diamonds at $35,000.
At that time, I contacted in-game support to ask why the same items were priced differently. Administrator DINA LOPES informed me that players are free to set any price for their items, and it is up to buyers to decide whether to purchase them. Also to note, I am unable to provide the exact quote as my account is banned.
Because of this, I was unaware of rule GR 1.3. If Had I known about this rule, I would have been far more careful and double-checked my listings to avoid such a mistake myself, and I would be more sure and not get myself ban. However due to not proper answer I remained unaware and in hurry made a typing mistake which lead me to a BAN.
I kindly request you to review my case with understanding, and give me the last chance to prove myself.
