1. Leader of Ballas gang
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First of all and once again i would love to lead ballas once again and finish what i was doing last time when i was leader i couldnt finish my term cause of some irl problems but after all i had a chance to be leader of Vagos and have a very beautiful active term and have a chance to finish the 30 day now i would love to lead ballas again and make ballas great again i belive that i can maintain the Activity of ballas gang and i would make sure things go right i will choose the right deputies to help me with my term i would make sure that ballas gang is going to be taking over the main ghetto along with the beach ghetto and we will paint the city purple
Secondly i have a feeling this time i can make ballas a terrorist organization after bit of long time i think i will be getting terrorist organization and an active term without any rule violations by my members i have seen many leaders where they cant control their members and always break rules i controlled all my members carefuly when i was Vagos leader and i only had about 4-5 Verbals now i wanna finish what i didnt in my Vagos term and Ballas too .
Thirdly I have been involved with gangs and criminalities at the very beginnings of when i joined the server i was always into gangs and i have learnt alot from my Positions that were given to me I have been deputy 16 terms of gangs and 3 Times leader which proves my Leadership skills i have always led gangs and i know what im doing + i will be increasing interactions between gangs and Leos so much such as Hostage situations , NG Ammo runs , Gun Stores , FZ Raids , etc
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I be seeing a lot of leaders doing favorism to their members giving them high ranks without any show ups and thats a no no in my organization i will never give someone highcommand unless i see show ups and leading some events , i want improvement in roleplay situations between gangs and leos i would like to do as much as rp situations that are involved with leos possible i hate gangs where the members only stay at hq sleeping thats also not going to happen in my gang i would be doing So many fun Events in my gang i wont let anyone sleep in my hq we will always be doing activities and showing the city who we are !
