2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 I’ve been in this city for a long time now, and after getting into gang life, I honestly started enjoying it way more than anything else. But lately, things don’t feel the same in Bloods Street Gang. The leadership isn’t as strong as it used to be, there’s no clear direction, and people don’t really get rewarded or promoted properly for what they do. That’s the main reason I want to step up. I want to bring back that old vibe where people actually enjoyed being in the gang and felt respected. A place where both new and old members feel important and stay motivated.​

2.2 My plan is pretty simple. First, I’ll focus on bringing in active people, not just numbers. I’ll also bring a few trusted friends who I know are experienced and can help keep things stable. At the same time, I’ll help new players understand how everything works instead of just leaving them confused. I’ll let them host events too, but under supervision so they learn properly. I’ll keep the gang active with regular stuff like FZ raids, store robberies, hostage situations, and ghetto fights. Also, giving them what they deserve.​

2.3 I’ve been around gangs for a while now. At the start it felt a bit weird, but with the right people I got used to it and started enjoying it a lot. Over time, I’ve learned how things work and gained good experience. Now I feel like I’m ready to take more responsibility and lead properly. I just want to build Bloods Street Gang back into something strong again and make it a gang people actually want to be part of.​

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1. Capable Deputy and HCs to keep gang Active.
2. Taking Suggestions from Gang members to Improve
3. Helping New Members to understand what Gang is.
4. Frequent events to keep Gang active especially where there is More RP and FUN
5. A good Bonus Structure and Promotion on Time
