I hereby file a complaint against Kathi Tired. I believe that not everything is being handled fairly on this server. Far too many people have already been banned without any real reason or solid proof. Many of these players were simply having fun, but that was taken away from them by Kathi Tired.
I made several attempts to get my account unbanned. Just when I thought I had clarified everything, another accusation appeared. Let me explain the situation:
First, I had a PC check with Benny, which I passed. After that, I was pulled again, but unfortunately I was not at my PC at that moment. Everything seemed fine afterward. Then I was pulled again on my twink account by Marc Wynn. When Marc couldn’t find anything suspicious on my PC, he called in Jonny Ods.
I would like to point out that I was banned for cheats because I was on the website skript.gg and was allegedly using a cleaning script. To clarify: yes, I was on that website—but only because Marc asked me to open it during the PC check and I forgot to close it afterward. That is the only reason it appeared, yet I was banned for it.
Regarding the “cleaning script”: this does not necessarily have anything to do with cheating. It can be used for many different purposes. I understand why Jonny might have been suspicious, especially after seeing that I had visited that site, but he was not aware that I only opened it because of Marc. Kathi, however, knew this.
When I finally managed to explain everything and show that the ban was unfair, another accusation appeared. I was suddenly accused of having a ban-evading account. I cannot understand this claim. Since I was banned, I only played on DE03 until I was banned there due to the situation from DE01, and afterward on EN3. Other than that, I have not played on Grand at all.
If this accusation is true, I would like to see clear and exact proof. Several people have already contacted me saying they were almost banned because they have a similar IP address to mine. It is very possible that the account with the ID 317k+ also has a similar IP, which may have caused this misunderstanding.
Fabian, I kindly ask you to take a closer and thorough look at this situation. I had already clarified everything during the PC check, yet new accusations kept appearing. I simply want to play again with my friends.
The PC check seems to have been evaluated incorrectly, and now only the accusation of a ban-evading account is standing in my way. I sincerely ask you to review everything carefully and fairly.

I know you rejected my admin complaint back then. I couldn't prove anything before. Now I have sufficient evidence. You can see in Marc's POV in the first 20 minutes that I scribbled on the site because of him. I went to the site. I ask you to take a thorough look.
