1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I’ve really enjoyed my time in RP and everything it’s taught me, but I feel like I’ve reached a point where I want to contribute in a different way. Becoming an admin would let me support players, handle issues fairly, and be respectful. I’m not leaving RP because I’ve lost interest, I still value it. but I want to take on more responsibility and have a broader impact on the community. I think my experience as a player gives me a good understanding of what people expect and need.
2. What are your strengths?
I can have good communication with people.
I can listen to people's problem as it is mine problem.
And I can make good decision as an Admin. ( If hopefully I can be an admin )
3. What are your weaknesses?
anger management. Sometimes I cannot control myself if people insult me.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can bring strong communication.
I’m good at listening to different sides of a situation before making decisions.
I can handle things professionally and not escalate problems.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
Yes. ( I dont have one )
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
Currently yes for 3 days after 3 days I will be active the whole time!

If it is possible I would like to get training from any Admin even if I passed the interview!
