I am not mentioned but want to say something because he is in LSPD. I am from LSPD Chief of Staff Arif Paşa. As you can see he dont want to engine block your car. Its clear to see he just want to turn and he used his handbrake(space muscle). You got engine block because his radar was on. Its just wrong muscle.

He could have used the brakes there; it's not my problem that he didn't use the handbrake. I get punished for the slightest mistake, so this player should be punished too.
