Person is harassing me and calling me homophobic slurs, targetting and saying he will make me his "b*tch"

Also abusing bounty.

in the attached video you can see im at a bank and he knows exactly where i was, i asked my friend if a bounty was on my head and they said yes.

There has been countless bounties on me today.
