Ghost Thunder is alone man in state and He is 36 years old so He has adaptive character skills and team oriented. He can be calm for any situations. But he has no calm for toxic behaviors. He born in Ankara and he moved city of Istanbul. So that he started working for LSPD about 4 term 4 month he decided for being corrupted. He just wonder how it feels and he will do something about that. He took his life of chance. He is single but he is searching for new adventures. He is doing everything for his family. He know what to do and when to do. He is always calm down and his decisions are very wisely and with patience. So That's all about his history, he does not wanna tell about his family. But he will manage his own family soon.
Career Story:
Ghost is 36 y.o and he just joined LSPD 4 months ago. So he will get corrupted life and he wonder how it feels and then he will do somethings about it. He joined FIB before but he did not make it. He can't rank up at FIB but he managed rank up at LSPD. He will just disappear from FIB suddenly and He showed up at LSPD so he will gonna hunt down suspects soon. But It will be kinda different ways. He is now watch commander. He does Investigation Bureau job as well. But he is also SWAT and Traffic Enforcement Officer. But he loves IB work because he is IB HC. so I think that's all about him.
Outcomes:
1. Ghost can torture/interrogate people if they don't follow her demands. ( with a RP reason )
2. Ghost can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
3. Ghost can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for her safety (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
4. Ghost can remove as well as add fake charges onto a person. (nothing severe)
5. Ghost can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
6. Ghost can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
7. Ghost can release people from the jail. (with darknet task or flash drive once per day)
8. Ghost can break IC law including: COP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
9. Ghost can let suspects go free if they are in her family or her friends and can also aid them in escaping by releasing them from cuffs, dropping their charges and letting them escape. (No favours, only for money)
10. Ghost can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no Organization weapons included).
