Additional Information
1. Leader of...
San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A. I have experience in EMS and Ballas Gang. But I did not fit in there much. That was when I realize that LEOs was the spot I was deeming to hop on. I always had a keen interest in SAHP because of their large jurisdiction, unbreakable bond with NG, and a secondary way to earn through insurance-selling business. Most of the officers in this organization are really kind and humble, which makes me feel more attached to this organization. I made friends here more than even in RP or other orgs. Now that I have also gained experience in SAHP, I am more than willing to step up and lead this organization.
B. I am always trying to improve myself in SAHP no matter what. Its a habit of mine to read the SAHP IRR & Contract carefully many times and mesmerize important stuff. And also practice how could I`ve managed situations (like dealing with pain-in-the-a**) people more efficiently. This makes me efficient and diligent and ahead in terms of competency. With all this, I have already learnt many things beforehand. I have confidence in myself and also in other SAHP officers that we can be better than we`d ever been. Under my command, every one will be given chance and there will be no favoritism.
C. I will hire best capable officers as the COS of HRT, IA, SWAT & HWP and check-in regular intervals to make sure they are still as outstanding as ever. Under my command, I will be as strict as needed in the organization, specially in events and special missions as I`ve observed that sometimes avoidable/intentional ramming in the convoy and unprofessionalism in the process make events a headache to handle instead of an opportunity for departments to improve relations or new recruits to actually engage and learn how to work under pressure and co-operate. During GP, leaders usually try to just roam around and finish it and they have their valid reasons. But I will make sure that GP is not about just moving around Ghetto but actually making sure no illegal/criminal activity is going on in our presence.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
The organization has been a little inactive these past few weeks, and I believe that should never be the case under my command. I will make sure units stay active, motivated, and carry the fire to work.
Right now, bonuses mostly come from GP or night shifts. But what about those officers who spend long hours patrolling, selling insurance, or covering the full jurisdiction, yet don’t always find customers or cars to fine? Their effort is just as important. That’s why I will personally check logs and ensure hardworking officers get fair bonuses in appreciation. No one should feel like their time is wasted—because lack of earning is the biggest source of demotivation.
I will also introduce mock arrests as a permanent secondary method for passing Phase 3. When I was a probie, I patrolled 8 hours daily for a week, but luck never stood with me—sometimes 10-15s got bad dreams, sometimes no criminal activity, or global calls interrupting patrols. Getting an HR with you in Phase 3 is another hurdle. I’ve seen friends demotivated and even go inactive because of this. For some it might be easy, but for many it’s not. And yes, Mock arrests will be treated like real arrests, with HRs guiding probies step by step so they become efficient and capable. Mock arrests will never become a way of passing phase 3 easily for rank but instead it will become a way for diligent and unlucky people like me to prove themselves.
Lastly, I will make sure every suggestion and feedback is heard, and valid points are acted upon. Under my leadership, no one will feel ignored, and everyone will feel valued.
