Life Story:
Kai was born in the rough streets of Los Santos – a city where the strong survive and the weak perish. The family into which Kai was born was typical middle-class with neither riches nor poverty. Kai learned at an early age that the world was unjust and did not provide you with anything. Watching the arguments between his father after he came back from work and mother because of bills had a profound impact on Kai. He learned from an early age to analyze people well, and most importantly, to remain calm in any difficult situation.
During his teenage years, Kai had a reputation of being a person who would never put up with something that could be avoided and was not too dangerous. Having had enough fights, Kai was able to develop his fighting abilities and get into good shape. These years also helped Kai to develop his outstanding communication skills and ability to defend himself and friends when needed. It is at this time in his life when Kai developed a rather quick temper and ability to explode at the drop of the hat for the smallest reason.
Career Story:
At the age of 19 Kai went to LSPD Academy with a clean background. He graduated in the upper half of his class, thanks to his natural comminucation skills, confident attitude. His ability to stay calm under pressure made him a natural fit for law enforcement.
After a short time in LSPD Kai caught attention of FIB recruiters. They saw pottnetial in his street smart instincts. He received a possition offer from FIB at age of 22 and accepted it without a second thought. FIB gave him access to big cases, more power and a deeper look into how corruption truly operated at higher levels
Now at age 40, Kai has become a capable FIB agent. He is known among colleagues as someone who is chill and easy to talk to with his deep knowledge of law. This deep knowledge helps him navigate complex investigations while his communication skills make him effective during interrogations and negotiations. However his anger issues remain a hidden risk when pushed too far, especially in cases of injustice.
Outcomes:
1) Kai can take bribes (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) and rob (Pickpocket).
2) Kai can deny and lie about calling a lawyer/refuse to read miranda rights and lie about his name /refuse to provide any type of identification
3) Kai can remove people‘s criminal background or from wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
4) Kai can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some foreigners that he feels sad for them. ( no targeting or PG)
5) Kai can release friends, family, or associates from custody or detention, and can actively aid them in evading arrest or escaping confinement — including through the darknet for jail breaks. (No MG)
6) Kai is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
