I was at my family House when i saw a car pull onto the front of our house
at 0;29 I can be seen on the roof of the house, with armor and a gun as Myself and my family member had Bounty's on us
as can also be seen in the persons footage at the beginning of the footage, With this information i held ICly i noticed him drive to the upper street to which i quickly got a Zentorno out of the family Garage and rotated behind them just incase they shot at us
In the footage you clearly see the Reporter shoot Multiple revolver shots at my family member. i then Began to shoot a man who was intentionly shooting at my family

So lets break it down.

1. He had a bounty on my family member.
2. He opened fire without confirming that was his target just saw a man on a roof and started shooting.
3. I Only shot once my family member was shot Not "Random Death Matching" It would only be so without a Valid reason as stated in the rules
4. I shot him with valid intentions to stop him from shooting my family member I watched him shoot, then i shot, Notice i did not Kill or shoot at his family member since he did not commit any offence
5. The man then came immediately back within 2 mins breaking NLR

Deathmatching (DM) - Killing another person without a sufficient roleplay reason (deathmatching) is not allowed.
The above message is stated in the rules, as you can see there was a sufficient reason, My friend had a bounty and was being shot at, I killed the man shooting
