An off-duty FIB member was detained for possessing illegal items and trespassing. Meanwhile, his friend, ID number 124297, acted like an illegal cop and helped him unlock his handcuffs and escape. This attempt failed. When I later arrested him, I discovered he possessed illegal items. He did code A when i was bringing him to Capitol for court trial.
