Bro no need to teach them rules , we can't blame them as we know that how LEO RP works , Reason why we can't blame them . With due respect now a days even leaders of state organizations doesn't know rules properly , they do so many mistakes, they can't even train their own employees. They are so unconfident now a days that they can't even go for patrolling as they fear that they can make mistakes. I have no enmity with any leader but this things creates lack of confidence among other org members . Leaders can't even handle organization disputes now a days IC'ly . So I would suggest you to ignore them .
