Why do you want to become an Admin?
I want to become an admin because I am very passionate about roleplay and maintaining a fair environment for all players. I have spent a lot of time understanding server rules and how roleplay should be done properly. I believe an admin should be calm, responsible, and unbiased, and I have these qualities. I enjoy helping new players, solving problems, and making sure everyone follows the rules so that the server remains fun and realistic for everyone.
What are your strengths?
My main strengths are patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. I can handle player reports efficiently and listen to both sides before making a decision. I am also active and dedicated, which allows me to respond quickly to situations. I always try to be fair and make decisions based on rules, not personal feelings.
What are your weaknesses?
One of my weaknesses is that I sometimes spend extra time analyzing situations to make sure my decision is 100% fair. However, I am improving my decision-making speed while maintaining accuracy and fairness. I am always willing to learn and improve from my mistakes.
How will you handle rule breakers?
If I see any rule-breaking, I will first observe the situation carefully and collect proper evidence. I will not take immediate action without understanding both sides. After confirming the violation, I will take action according to the server rules, such as warning, jail, or ban depending on the severity. I will always remain respectful and professional while dealing with players.
What is RDM & VDM?
RDM (Random Deathmatch) is when a player kills another player without any valid roleplay reason or proper interaction. VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) is when a player uses a vehicle to intentionally kill or harm someone without a proper roleplay scenario. Both actions break roleplay realism and are strictly not allowed on most servers.
What is Metagaming & Powergaming?
Metagaming is when a player uses out-of-character (OOC) information in in-character (IC) situations, giving them an unfair advantage. For example, using Discord or stream information inside the game. Powergaming is when a player performs unrealistic actions that are not possible in real life or forces actions on other players without giving them a chance to respond. Both of these ruin the roleplay experience and should be strictly controlled by admins.
How active are you?
I can stay active daily for several hours depending on the server needs. I am available at different times of the day and I am always ready to help players, handle reports, and maintain server discipline.
