I Want To Become Leader of This Specific Organisation Because My Journey Of Server Started From The LSPD For Many Terms i was In LSPD And Now I Wanted To Start My Leader Journey From LSPD Due To Knowledge I Have Gained Working In LSPD For Many Terms.

2.2 I Have Spent Many Time While Knowing The Rules But Not Applying For The Leader Cause I Was Not Sure That My Experiences Will Be Enough Or Not, So I Have Devoted Months And Now I Am Well Known For The Functioning Of ORG.

2.3 I Have Learned About Every Departments How They Work What Can Be Done To Make The Department Very Active, Its About An Year Now, And I Have Learned About Every Department In Depth To Make It Easier For Me To Lead Them, Also I Don't Want Any Inter ORG Conflicts, What I Want Is To Make Good Contacts With Every ORGs And The Conflicts Within our ORG Matter Also So I Want My Every High command To Be Trained To Handle The Conflicts In Absence Of Me And My Deputies.​

1.
I will focus on hiring only those who have strong interpersonal skills—people who are calm, polite, and able to build a good rapport with the community.
2. I will ensure that no favouritism is involved— promotion will be Made By HR Team, No Other High Commands Will Have Any Controls Over It, Promotion Ceremony.
3. There will be regular promotion ceremonies, where I will personally oversee the progress and ensure that recognition is given to those who deserve it.
4. Every one or two weeks, depending on the schedule, we will implement a prize pool, rewarding those who show outstanding Performance In The Situations, For Doing Citations, Towing, And Arrests.
