Dear Admin,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to kindly request your help regarding my Discord account. A few years ago, my account was hacked while I was not active. During that time, the hacker may have sent messages or done something that led to a violation.

Because of this, I am currently banned from organization-related servers, and I am unable to join groups like EMS and GOV etc. I want to sincerely say that I have never intentionally done anything wrong, and I truly enjoy playing and being part of this community.

I have now recovered my account and secured it with two-step authentication, so it is safe and protected. This situation will not happen again.

I sincerely apologize for any trouble caused and kindly request you to please review my case and consider unbanning my account. It would mean a lot to me to have another chance to join and participate properly.
