Dear LeBron,
I would like to complain about certain criteria for a leader. By that, I mean the criterion of having three bans, because I have been trying for a long time to apply for a leader position but cannot because of this. In my opinion, this rule doesn’t make sense because older and more experienced players surely have more than three bans, yet they want to take the organization. It doesn’t make sense that some newer and insufficiently experienced player goes to the interview while someone who has been on the server for a long time and knows how everything works cannot pass to the interview. I would ask for this rule to be removed, and I believe many players would agree with me, because as it is, a lot of better people for the leader position cannot pass to the interview.
