He is Showing ID while off duty when i request again for the case file he is refusing to show and we was in RP he is leaving in RP for the VDM he is going away from us as u can see in POV 1 1:02
and he is hitting us.

in the second pov as u can see he is coming with fake police clothings and he is asking to brake my bodycam without bio by the way if he is off duty he is opening the gate at POV 2 00:54 in the same pov 1:33 he is saying i am not a officer

As I already Use Command /me taking ID my car trunk as its proper RP, and there is no rule like that we cant show ID off Duty.
And I already show u my ID as u can make a casefile where its Comes under GR 6.4?

No Rulebreak found as Fail RP as Under Cover LEO can carry ID and If needed they can reveal it
