At first pov Timestamp 0:05 We gave them pullover demands with 2 car and 4 people they didn't comply. At 0:59 we gave demands again they didn't comply so we shot them. They should have had feared for their lives when 2 car and 4 people were trying to pull them over and didn't listen to our demands.

At Second POV they went up the hill with their car and started shooting us and after both of them died they Combat Logged Which is G.R 6.2
