Hello,
I would like to report an incident that happened while I was on duty with my colleagues.
We were trying to arrest a suspect when another person arrived and opened fire on him, causing him to bleed. After that, one of my colleagues forgot to put handcuffs on the suspect before reviving him. I am not sure what happened exactly after that, but the same suspect then started shooting at me and my colleagues.
My complaint is against the arrested suspect. The other shooter has already received his punishment.
This is a violation of G.Z 1.1 and RDM.
