Hello Admin, I am filing this report against ID [244274] for violating General Rule 6.15.

I was at the location when this player suddenly started shooting at me. He did not provide any verbal interaction, reason, or a 5-second demand before opening fire. As per the server rules, you must engage in RP and give a clear demand before shooting someone outside the Ghetto.

Please check my POV and take action for G.R 6.15. Thank you.
