Approximately two years ago, during a period when I did not have sufficient knowledge of the game rules, I purchased and opened lottery tickets from a market. Since the tickets in that market were relatively cheap, I observed that many other players were doing the same, and I followed suit by purchasing and opening a total of 150 lottery tickets.
During this process, I was warned by an admin and informed that I should not open tickets in this manner. After the warning, I stopped; however, I later repeated the same mistake and acted in violation of the rules. I would like to emphasize that at that time I was not aware that this action was a bannable offense.
Looking back, I clearly understand that my behavior was against the game rules, and I fully accept responsibility for my actions. I have been serving the consequences of this penalty for a long time and have learned from this experience. I respectfully request the removal of the ban on my account.
