today i applied for admin it got rejected by saying not welcome into admin team i dont understand why i am not welcomed i know i failed multipole times in intervieww but i learned the ruless now an active in city without any rule breaks even in my past interviews i only said 2 to 3 mistakes everytime time even though it getting rejected i am unaware of my mistake to retify it the admin team did not mentions my mistake and not ressponds to my dms for the reason my rejection now i applied after more than 3 months i seen not welcome intlo admin team .

i like to clarify a doubt failing in interview leads to admin blacklist ??
i learned all rules now after 3 months i again applied for admin now it got rejected for not welcome into admi9n team i wolud like to know the resaon for not welcome into admin team
