I have no problem providing a longer video as proof if requested.

This player is breaking the law and the rules, and every time we catch him, he is doing CL so he did 3 times.
first time he came to DOC to kill his friend when he was under arrest.

And here is the 3th time when he was sending me in phone and coming to HQ, so he still had DWA on him when I did engineblock to him he did a (CL) him and his friend.
