Hello,
I am writing to formally request a re-evaluation of the permanent ban issued on my account following a PC check on the EN2 server approximately one month ago.
During the PC check, no cheats or illegal software were found on my system. I was completely clean. However, I was banned due to my past presence in a specific Discord server I had joined 4-5 years ago. I have already explained the reason for this to the administrators: I joined that server solely to find a HWID changer because I had received a hardware ban in Valorant. Upon realizing the server contained illegal channels related to GrandRP, I immediately left. The programs I had downloaded at that time were still on my computer during the PC check because I never felt the need to hide or delete them, as they were unrelated to GrandRP.
Furthermore, I have been a Media Manager for years within the community. I managed the "Ozmens" and "Yamanlar" families on the EN3 server for a long time before moving to EN2, where I have been assisting "Chedid Mafia." Given the responsibility of these roles, I have never considered using cheats, nor would I ever associate myself with those who do.
I am more than willing to provide all supporting evidence via Direct Message (DM). I kindly ask for a second look at my situation and the lifting of this ban so I can continue contributing to the community.
Best regards,
