Dear Administration Team,
I am writing to respectfully appeal my permanent ban for rule 6.3 ("Emptying the organization's warehouse for personal use"). I would like to clarify the situation, as I believe there has been a misunderstanding.
While I was serving in the SAHP, I was constantly being robbed by gangs on the highway. Due to the stress of these ongoing situations, I decided to leave the department. After leaving, I realized that I had forgotten to return a small amount of equipment (only 5-6 items) that I had taken from the warehouse. I did not use these items for any personal gain or illegal activity.
When I received a message from an administrator via the game menu, I immediately understood my mistake. Within the 24-hour timeframe given, I went to the SAHP High Command and returned all of the equipment to them. Furthermore, they requested a $300,000 fine for leaving the department, which I paid in full.
The following day, I was shocked to find my account permanently banned. I have never had any malicious intent, and I took immediate action to correct my oversight as soon as I was notified.
This account is very important to me; I have invested significant time, effort, and real money into it. I have built many friendships and lead a family within the game. Losing access to this account means losing a community and the progress I have worked hard to achieve.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the oversight regarding the warehouse equipment. I am more than willing to accept any other form of punishment, such as a warning or a temporary suspension, if you would consider lifting the permanent ban. I am ready to comply with any further conditions you may set to prove my commitment to following the rules.
I kindly ask you to review my case one more time. I truly wish to continue my journey in Grand RP.
