I was at the police station talking with a civilian inside a person entered carrying a weapon and acting recklessly. My colleague quickly handcuffed him while he was armed, but it was not intended as a violation. As I know, it could be considered Powergaming if someone holding a weapon is handcuffed and then uncuffed afterward.
After that, I heard gunshots outside. I went to the source of the shots and found the same person with a woman. When he shot at me, I returned fire. From the beginning, he was acting recklessly, claiming he is from a gang and that he can do whatever he wants. From what I know, his violation is GZ 1.1.
