Dear Admin, The player is clearly using cheats. He was already banned under investigation but doesn’t seem to care, as he switched to his twink account and continued cheating, which shows he is also avoiding a PC check. From the POV, it’s obvious that his aim is snapping/teleporting. Before shooting, his crosshair is off target, but the moment he fires, all bullets hit perfectly. There is also another POV request on him showing the exact same behavior. In a previous POV request, when he was banned under investigation, he failed to provide the full event POV, which strongly suggests he was trying to hide cheats. His main account ID is 232069, and the same suspicious aim can be seen on both his main and twink accounts.
