2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I feel at home with Lifeinvader. It is not just an organization that I have been working with, rather, it is an organization that I have dedicated myself to repeatedly. As a leader of Lifeinvader twice before, I have contributed myself to the success of this organization by contributing my own efforts towards its development. I know everything about the organization and the challenges it faces, yet I come back to it since I cannot think of a myself without Lifeinvader.

- I have an experience that cannot be replaced. Very few people can say they have led Lifeinvader not once, but twice. Through both terms I have gained a deep understanding of what works, what needs improvement, and what this organization is truly capable of. I have seen the highs and the lows, and I have learned from every single one of them. I do not need time to adapt or figure things out. I come in ready from day one, with a clear vision and the tools I need to execute it.

- My motivation is not a title. It is the genuine desire to push this organization to its highest potential. With the recent addition of the HR Department, there is a real opportunity to build something more structured, more professional, and more impactful than ever before.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
Ads Team: The Ads Team is well-established, and my goal is to maintain it. I will adhere to our existing hiring criteria but make some minor adjustments where necessary, maintaining fairness and efficiency in the selection process. Consistent coverage on shifts and a stable and committed team are my main concerns. If it works, we safeguard it and if there’s a way to optimize it, we optimize it.

Creative Team: As one who has climbed up in this department, I know well the respectability of the foundation that is already laid down here. The objective in mind is not to change everything, but rather build on the existing foundation. Events and entertainments expected by the community shall be organized, bonuses given to employees and above all the creativity that already thrives in this department maintained.

Journalism Team: Effective journalism isn’t about reinventing the wheel, but it’s about maintaining what is working. This will be achieved by ensuring that the right people remain in the position, maintaining updated resources, and maintaining a high level of morale among the team. Slight adjustments might be done when appropriate, without interfering with an already successful department.

HR Department: As the newest addition to Lifeinvader, this is where we need to do some serious ground work - not to change the org, but to help it run better. We will work with the HR department to implement effective processes for recruiting, internal affairs, and performance monitoring. This will ensure that HR does their job of strengthening existing strengths in our other three departments and keep our org running smoothly.

My goals I will follow and achieve during my term:
- Support and sustain all four departments in their day-to-day operations.
- Ensure bonuses are paid on time.
- Keep morale high and make every invader feel valued.
- Focus on a fun, enjoyable, and welcoming working environment.
- Uphold the professionalism and reputation Lifeinvader is known for in the city.
