Hello,
I am writing to appeal my punishment on Grand RP for rule 1.4 (multiple accounts), where I received a 60-day ban on my main account and a permanent ban on my twink.
This situation occurred because I lost access to my account authenticator after changing my phone. While trying to regain access and continue playing, I created additional accounts.
Due to a mistake when entering my login details, I ended up accessing what became a third account unintentionally. Around the same time, I was also dealing with an automatic authorization issue, which caused me to log into the wrong account repeatedly.
I submitted a technical support request regarding the authorization problem, and it was approved. However, I misunderstood the response and believed I was allowed to proceed in a way that led to the creation/use of another account.
I want to clarify that I did not create or use multiple accounts for any unfair advantage, but I understand that this still violates rule 1.4.
I take full responsibility for my actions and the confusion caused. This will not happen again.
I kindly ask for a reconsideration of my punishment, and I am willing to follow any instructions to properly secure and recover my account.
