Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) I have more than 1 year of leadership experience. I have worked in all major legal organizations, such as LSPD, FIB, and SAHP, as High Command. I was also the Deputy of Marabunta in the last term. Because of this, I understand both sides of RP very well, legal and illegal. This gives me a clear advantage in decision-making, strategy, and managing any situation as a leader.
2) I have seen how internal conflicts, favoritism, and toxicity can eat a gang from the inside. Under my leadership, I will not allow such behavior. I will enforce strict discipline, ensure fairness, and address issues calmly and effectively. My goal is to create a strong, united environment in Vagos where every member feels valued and is focused on quality roleplay.
3) My aim is not just to lead Vagos. I want to rebuild and bring gang RP back to the highest level. I will focus on improving RP quality, recruiting skilled and committed members, a reputation that stands out among other gangs. With strong leadership and teamwork, Vagos will become one of the most powerful gang in the city again.
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
As I have observed in previous terms, leader or deputies don't usually interact with the new members or people who are on low ranks. and i will try to manage that problem. We will focus on events so that we don't compromise on the activity. I will make sure everyone is friendly to each other.Good Bonus system will definitely attract more members to join events, and more the event more the RP.
My Goals for the term:
Ghetto Domination
No toxicity
Max spray profits
Maximum numbers in events.
