2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1. Improving the RP: back in the day I was enjoying as EMS member and I got a lot experience as I learned from the best till I became COHR. I love the RP in EMS and
the activity we were doing. I left the city for awhile and when I came back I joined EMS again but I noticed it's not like before so I want to step up and try to improve
the RP like before and do more activities like before.
2. Team work : I believe in teamwork and I would love to make more teamwork activity like HC meeting, Conferences events,
visiting other orgs to check for their Insurance licence and make good relations with all orgs.
3. provide my skills: I have the the skills to problem solving and I see what's the most important thing ems need in main time..
A. Cover lobbies 24/7. - B. Cover GS calls and be ready anytime for any situation. - C. taking car of labs and fill the worhouse.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1.
I want to get back Trainee 2 rank cuz I noticed sometimes trolling players join EMS,
get Day1 training and take EMS car and go for Calls without permtion without vest.
2. Reward & Accountability: I will enhance the bonus system and create engaging employee events to boost motivation and performance.
At the same time, I will ensure clear accountability measures for disruptive behavior and underperformance.
3. I will increase the number of members in the organization by hosting state waves and reward the hard working members by Incentives and extra bonus.
