• LSPD as Central Police: LSPD is considered as the Central Police for whole City.Performing most needed actions against crime and keeping the city pure.Tremendous efforts are required from such organisation to keep running the city crime proof.I do possess such skills to make this org performing its job at its best.​
• Good Relations with Citizens and other organisations: LSPD performs the core job required for the state.Making good relations with other law enforcement organisations can lead to great results. Good relations with citizens are required to keep running the organisations with no trouble.If we want to maintain peace in city its necessary for us to keep good relations with citizens and make them believe in LEOs​
• Experienced Leadership: To run this core police for city its necessary to select a good leadership.I lead SAHP in its 38th and 39th term.I contain the necessary knowledge required to lead police and keeping the roads clean from unlawfully parked vehicles. This experienced leadership can catapult the results produced by LSPD.To get LSPD out from troubles its a pretty good decision to select an experienced leadership to get back in action and the leadership who made mistakes and learnt them to not to repeat them.​

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1. Proper Training & Hiring Procedure: I will ensure that every single interview gets recorded and every new units gets high quality of training so they follow RP and dont break it.​
2. Meetings with staff and LI on regular basis: I will conduct meetings with LSPD staff on regular basis to keep the flow of RP running.I will conduct regular brief meetings with LI and keep sharing information with them so we can make a RP chain and keep the citizens informed about whats going on in city.​
3. Regular Bonus: I will give regular Bonus to the LSPD officers and higher bonus for the hard working officers.I will arrange bonus from my own pocket to make a positive environment in the organisation
   
   
   Note: I was busy with my exams in past days.They are just finished and now i am ready to apply for leadership.This is the reason i had bad activity in past days.I hope you will understand my situation
