1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I wish to become a Admin due to the Variety of Reasons. My Main Reason is assist newcomers into the Server, I have recently noticed a lot of People coming into the Server and barely understanding what they can and can't do, Leading to Punishments or Mockery and I wish to help solve the problem as best as I can possibly can. My Second Reason is provide as much knowledge to the Community as possible, I find it enjoyable when someone learns from me and With being a Admin, I can support and make more people aware of Server Rules, My Final Reason is to help the overall server approve in Rule Following, One of my strong Passionate Abilities to provide information without making the other individual seem inferior and i wish to use this ability as best as possible and becoming a Admin allows me to do so.
2. What are your strengths?
   1. My Main Strength is Strong Cognitive Empathy, I can understand someone's experience or emotions very quickly, Allowing me to help their situation much better.
   2. My Second Strength is High Emotional Intelligence, I can bring strong remorse and Positivity to Environments without becoming emotional and acting Impulsivity, Allowing me to do my Job much better.
   3. My Third and Final Strength is a balanced Motivation, I do not seek to overpower or constantly climb in higher ranks. I often set myself realistic goals and expectations that are within my range without becoming Toxic or Rude to achieve such goals.
3. What are your weaknesses?
   1. My First Weakness is recurring Episodes of Minor Doubt, I often have episodes in which leads to Self Doubt and slight withdrawal, However i am currently fixing this by attending Therapy.
   2. My Second Weakness is becoming easily distracted when not Doing anything. I often become Distracted when not given a set of tasks or instructions. Leading to Distractions.
   3. My Third and Final Weakness is Lack of Questioning. I often do not question or ask questions when unaware of instructions. I am actively fixing on this and assisting myself as best as I can.
