Dear Respectable Higher up As you can see in pov iam just roaming in lspd hq this guy come and firstly he cuffed me while iam running at timestamp 3:14 and next at time stamp 3:34 he run while dragging me whinch is powergaming at timestamp 4:35 he did mixing while he said "powergaming for what".
